| Detail | Guidelines for submission ?Theme Photographs taken at your favorite locations or moments in Shizuoka University. e.g.) campus landscape, people or scenery taken at the university. Natural environments (animals and flowers) and activities or events related to the university. ?Application Period 1st October, 2021 to 30th November, 2021 ?Prizes The Grand Prize (one person) :10,000 yen will be charged to the campus pay. The President’s Prize (one person) :5,000 yen will be charged to the campus pay The Special Prize (The chair of the public relation committee’s Prize, The student’s public relation committee’s Prize) (one person each) : 3,000 yen will be charged to the campus pay ?Eligibility Current Student of Shizuoka University Only ?Maximum number of submissions 5 photographs per person ?How to enter the competition Photograph submission opens through our Instagram account (@shizuoka_university). Here are the entry requirements for Instagram submission: 1. Follow Shizuoka University’s Instagram account: @shizuoka_university 2. Post photos include titles with hashtag #静大学生フォトコンテスト2021 in the caption ※Please make sure your account is public. ※In the case we can’t reach winners through DM, the prize winner's right will be waived. ※Make sure the photo follow the general guidelines.(see below) ?Winner's announcement The winners will be announced on Shizuoka University Website, 22nd December, 2021 ※We will reach the winners through DM. ?General Guideline ※The permission for usage of portrait must be gotten from person in the photograph before submission. ※Please note that submitted photographs will be displayed in Shizuoka university’s publications, magazines, and other materials as well as on its website. ※Photos must be taken within the last 3 years. ※The participant must be the author of each photograph submitted. ※We accept only unpublished photographs. ※The photographs must not contain material that violates or infringes on another’s right, including publicity and intellectual property rights. ?Inquiry Shizuoka University, Public Relation Office. koho_all[at]adb.shizuoka.ac.jp ＊please change [at] to @. |
